Ultrec AI Inc (“Ultrec AI,” “we,” “us”) is a Virginia corporation. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use ultrecai.com and related pages we operate (the “Site”), including product information and free software downloads such as SentinelForge™.

This is general information for Site visitors. It is not legal advice. If we change this policy, we will update the effective date on this page.

2. What this policy covers

It covers the Site and files we offer for download from the Site.

It does not cover:

  • Third-party sites or services we link to (including MedOffice AI at medofficeai.com, model providers, or hosting/CDN providers), which have their own policies.
  • AI helpers or products that are not yet publicly available through this Site.
  • Information you share with an AI model provider when you use your own API keys with software you download (for example, SentinelForge). We do not receive those keys or that traffic unless you separately send them to us.

3. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect:

A. Information you give us
- Contact details and message content if you call us, email us, or use a contact form once that form actually sends.
- Anything you voluntarily put in a message (for example, your name, organization, or question).

B. Technical / usage information
- Standard server and security logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, dates/times, and approximate location derived from IP).
- Cookies or similar technologies if we use them for basic Site function, security, or (if enabled) analytics. We will describe material analytics tools here when they are in use.

C. Download activity
- When you download software or media from the Site, our servers or CDN may log the request in the ordinary course of delivering the file.

We do not intentionally collect patient health records, payment-card numbers, or government ID through the current Site. Do not send sensitive personal information (SSNs, passwords, medical records, etc.) through contact channels unless we expressly ask for a specific item for a stated purpose.

4. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site
  • Respond to inquiries when contact channels are open
  • Provide downloads and understand basic demand for our products
  • Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect Ultrec AI, users, and the public
